Overview

Pancake is looking for a performance-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to lead and optimize advertising efforts across Google Ads, Youtube, Native platforms (e.g., MGID, Taboola), and LinkedIn Ads. You will be responsible for managing full-funnel paid campaigns and organic marketing campaigns that support business growth, customer acquisition, and lead generation for our product suite across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Set up and manage campaigns on
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Native platforms
    .
  • Identify audience segments and tailor campaigns accordingly (with ICP suggestion).
  • Develop
    Organic Marketing
    content and techniques on these channels to boost virality and growth
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve
    CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
    , and ROI.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming ads and implement corrective actions quickly.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor tactics.
  • Recommend new platforms, tools, or formats for testing.

Requirements

  • English communication skills
    – both verbal and written – to work with cross-functional and international teams
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on
    Google Ads
    and at least one of:
    Native Ads
    or
    LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Proven track record of improving ROI and hitting performance targets.
  • Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels and B2B/B2C differences.
  • Problem-solving skills and proficiency in analytics tools such as
    Google Analytics
    ,
    LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    , or
    Looker Studio
    .
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns in parallel.
  • Experience with
    lead generation
    or
    e-commerce funnels
    is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (ABM - Account Based Marketing)
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising or retargeting platforms.
  • Basic copywriting or creative asset editing skills.
