Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: Đến 20 triệu VNĐ)

  • Định hướng phong cách nghệ thuật (style, mood, color, tone) cho dự án game.
  • Đảm bảo tính nhất quán và chất lượng nghệ thuật xuyên suốt sản phẩm.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác (game design, tech, sản xuất) để triển khai ý tưởng.
  • Kiểm soát tiến độ, đánh giá kết quả của team artist.
  • Đào tạo, hướng dẫn, review công việc của các artist cấp Junior/Mid.
  • Chủ động đề xuất cải tiến quy trình làm việc, tối ưu hóa workflow.
  • Đôi khi trực tiếp tham gia sản xuất artwork nếu cần (concept, illustration, 3D, texture, v.v.).
  • Theo dõi xu hướng nghệ thuật/game art trên thị trường để cập nhật đúng thời điểm.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Kinh nghiệm: 3+ năm làm game art (hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan), trong đó đã từng giữ vai trò dẫn dắt nhóm hoặc chịu trách nhiệm chính về art direction.
  • Thành thạo phần mềm: Photoshop, Illustrator và 1 phần mềm 3D (Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush...), Substance, v.v.
  • Hiểu rõ về màu sắc, ánh sáng, bố cục, tỷ lệ, chất liệu.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm tốt, khả năng truyền đạt ý tưởng rõ ràng.
  • Có portfolio dự án game thể hiện phong cách đa dạng, chất lượng cao.
  • Ưu tiên: kinh nghiệm làm game mobile / console / AR/VR, hiểu biết về pipeline game engine (Unreal, Unity, v.v.).
  • Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, chịu được áp lực tiến độ.
