Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Development & Customer Identification

  • Identify and map potential customers across the PVC industry in Country, including:

Pipe & Fittings manufacturers, Cable compounders, Profile & Panel producers, SPC flooring manufacturers, Masterbatch manufacturers, PVC Compounders, and Flexible PVC converters.

  • Develop and maintain a robust customer database with key contacts and business potential.

2. Business Acquisition & Sales Growth

  • Promote and market the company's PVC additive portfolio across target segments.
  • Drive sampling, product approvals, and commercial negotiations in collaboration with the technical and commercial teams.
  • Achieve business growth targets through strategic customer acquisition and retention.

3. Channel Partner & Agent Development

  • Identify and evaluate potential trading houses or distributors involved in PVC resin/additive trading.
  • Assess their credibility, market reach, and financial capability for partnership.
  • Facilitate onboarding of stock & sell / indenting agents and monitor their performance in coordination with Head Office.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Continuously gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and regulatory updates.
  • Prepare and share periodic market intelligence and business development reports.
  • Communicate customer feedback to support product development and strategy refinement.

5. Relationship Management & Representation

  • Represent the company professionally in all business meetings, exhibitions, and trade forums.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and channel partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and ethical business standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering / Plastics / Polymer Science or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in PVC additives, stabilizers, or related chemical sales in international markets.
  • Strong network within the PVC processing industry in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
