, you will manage the Fanpage Inbox team, ensuring fast response time, excellent customer service, and optimized conversion rates. You will train, motivate, and lead the team to deliver outstanding sales results via Facebook Messenger.

We're looking for a
Senior .NET Developer
to be the
core member of our new Technology team
, leading the design, development, and optimization of internal platforms that power our business operations across multiple subsidiaries.
This is not a maintenance role — it's a
pioneering position
where you'll help shape architecture, connect data systems, and set new standards for how technology drives business performance at HV Holdings.
- Analyze and rebuild internal systems (ERP, CRM, HRM, workflow, data warehouse, API).
- Design and develop new internal applications (portals, dashboards, automation tools) using
.NET / .NET Core / C# / Web API
. - Collaborate with
AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Business Analysts
to build a smart, integrated ecosystem. - Integrate cross-department systems into a unified data platform ensuring scalability and security.
- Act as a
technical advisor
, defining architecture, frameworks, and CI/CD best practices. - Work closely with the
CTO
to shape HV's long-term technology foundation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in system development using .NET / .NET Core / C#.
- Proven experience building or restructuring ERP/CRM/internal systems for large-scale organizations (300+ employees).
- Strong command of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework/Dapper, SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of Microservices, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles.
- Familiar with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure/AWS, authentication (JWT/OAuth2).
- Analytical mindset with strong system-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative, improvement-driven, and passionate about automation and data-driven systems.
