Thời gian làm việc: 9:00 - 17:15 (Từ Thứ 2 đến Thứ 6, nghỉ Thứ 7, CN)

I.Mô tả công việc (Bạn có thể ứng tuyển theo một trong hai vai trò sau):

1.Mobile Engineer

  • Phát triển và bảo trì ứng dụng mobile (Flutter/Android/iOS).
  • Tham gia xây dựng tính năng mới, cải thiện trải nghiệm người dùng.
  • Tối ưu hiệu năng ứng dụng, giảm crash/ANR, tăng độ mượt.
  • Tham gia quy trình CI/CD, đóng gói & triển khai ứng dụng lên App Store/Google Play.

  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Backend, Product, UI/UX để đưa sản phẩm ra thị trường.

  • Backend Engineer

  • Thiết kế, phát triển và tối ưu hệ thống backend, API RESTful/microservices.

  • Xử lý và lưu trữ dữ liệu lớn, đảm bảo hệ thống ổn định, mở rộng tốt.
  • Tích hợp với message queue, hệ thống realtime.
  • Tham gia vào quy trình Agile/Scrum, review code, viết unit test.
  • Tối ưu hiệu năng hệ thống, giám sát và xử lý sự cố.

II.Yêu cầu:

  1. Mobile Engineer

  2. 2+ năm kinh nghiệm iOS (Swift) và sẵn sàng chuyển sang Flutter (được đào tạo)

  3. Hiểu về lifecycle, state management, kiến trúc ứng dụng mobile.
  4. Có kinh nghiệm tối ưu performance, CI/CD, phát hành ứng dụng.

2.Backend Engineer

  • 2+ năm kinh nghiệm backend với
  • Hiểu biết vững về RESTful API, microservices, message queue.
  • Có kinh nghiệm về database (SQL/NoSQL), tối ưu truy vấn.
  • Thành thạo code clean, testable, maintainable.

Ưu tiên chung cho cả hai vai trò:

  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực fintech/chứng khoán.
  • Khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh.
  • Tinh thần học hỏi, chủ động nghiên cứu công nghệ mới.
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường Agile/Scrum.
