Finding and Managing Test Partners: Test Strategy, process management, quality evalution, Output result. Analyze and evaluate market issue, VOC to improve test case, test proceduce, quality based on customer point of view. Matrix working Environment: work together with all parties involved in the project: ESPs, Suppliers and internal divisions (Engineering division, Manufacturing, etc Other tasks assigned by leaders RequirementsBachelor Degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering or Motorbike Engineering or related majors.Experience of CAN/INCA/Lin/Ethernet/DoIP Experience of motorbike network testing. Knowledge on mock simulation on CAN, LIN, INCA … Hands on experience on motorbike testing, ECU bench and connecting hardware, troubleshooting the test bench setup. Good Understanding Motorbike Network architecture. Hands on experience on flashing ecu, flashing variant coding. Experience Flash and coding ECU Minimum 2 years of working experience in motorbike field Experience of managing test partner Ability to identify non -compliance to standards and resolve the issue Ability to suggest improvements in work methodology proactively High level of analytical ability where problems are unique and complex Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team Logical thinking, honesty, compliance -minded, hard -working, carefulness, and a high sense of responsibility. Good experience and knowledge on issue resolution disciplines (e.g., problem solving/decision making, root cause analysis, etc) Time Management – able to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately Team work skills – able to work in a team and in harmony with all team members but at the same time confident of own skills and opinions Independent working ability Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing Knowledge to integrate different Vehicle parts to meet the design standards and specifications.
