KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide daily support to system users and troubleshoot issues related to SAP MM and SD operations.
- Analyze business requirements, propose suitable SAP process solutions, and collaborate with relevant departments to align system functionalities with business needs.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing guidance on SAP MM/SD processes.
- Monitor and report SAP interface objects with the data lake, and coordinate with the Data team to resolve interface issues in a timely manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Working Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SAP implementation or system support for MM or SD modules.
- Preferably experienced with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of either SAP MM or SAP SD module.
- Ability to perform system configuration within SAP.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Language
- Able to read and understand SAP technical documents and tickets in English.
