- CTCP Chuỗi nhà hàng SVN đơn vị quản lý 5 chuỗi nhà hàng (Lemonde steak, Yakimono, Shangchi, SSjang, Lemon Deli) với quy mô hơn 50 nhà hàng trên toàn quốc. Hiện tại SVN đang cần chiêu mộ công sự cho vị trí Data Analyst
Trách nhiệm công việc:
• Thu thập, phân tích và tổng hợp dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn hệ thống: POS, Loyalty, Website,CRM, Tài chính/kế toán....
• Thiết kế và xây dựng các dashboard, báo cáo tương tác bằng Power BI phục vụ quản lý cửa hàng, vận hành, bán hàng và marketing.
• Hiểu rõ nhu cầu từ các phòng ban để xây dựng báo cáo theo yêu cầu.
• Đảm bảo dữ liệu được trình bày trực quan, dễ hiểu, hỗ trợ ra quyết định nhanh.
• Xây dựng mô hình dữ liệu (data model) phù hợp với báo cáo kinh doanh trong ngành F&B.
• Tham gia làm sạch dữ liệu, tạo các cột tính toán (DAX), measure.
• Đảm bảo hiệu suất truy vấn và độ bảo mật dữ liệu trong báo cáo Power BI.
• Hỗ trợ hướng dẫn người dùng cuối khi triển khai báo cáo nội bộ.
Yêu cầu:
• Có từ 2 – 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm báo cáo với Power BI hoặc công cụ BI tương đương.
• Thành thạo SQL, có khả năng xử lý dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn (Excel, SQL Server, API....).
• Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng dashboard theo KPI vận hành, bán hàng, đặc biệt trong ngành bán lẻ hoặc F&B là lợi thế lớn.
• Biết viết DAX, hiểu về mô hình quan hệ dữ liệu.
• Tư duy logic, trực quan hóa tốt, trình bày thông tin rõ ràng, dễ hiểu.
• Biết sử dụng Power Query, kết nối REST API là điểm cộng.
• Tính cách: cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chủ động học hỏi.
