Job overview and responsibility

  • Define and drive the company's long-term strategic vision and direction.

  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing leadership team aligned with the company's 5–10-year strategic goals.

  • Oversee and ensure the successful listing of the Hyra Token in the Dubai market, marking the beginning of the company's global expansion phase.

  • Coordinate and execute the Security Token Offering (STO) in compliance with international legal and regulatory standards, in collaboration with the CFO, CLO, and CIO.

  • Lead the company toward a successful IPO on Nasdaq, targeting a valuation of ≥ USD 20 billion and achieving ≥ USD 600 million in revenue before listing.

  • Represent the company in dealings with governments and regulatory authorities both domestically and internationally.

  • Manage strategic relationships among the Board of Directors, DAO Foundation, and Investors.

Required skills and experiences

  • Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in multinational corporations.

  • Proven track record of direct involvement in IPO projects (preferably on Nasdaq).

  • Demonstrated success in fundraising exceeding USD 1 billion.

  • Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Fintech ecosystems.

  • Strong knowledge of Compliance frameworks and DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks).

  • Experience managing hybrid capital structures (equity + token).

  • Exceptional diplomatic and global alliance-building skills.

  • Fluent in English;

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Proficiency in Chinese, or Arabic is a strong advantage..
