Our client is a insurance company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
- Analyze trends and developments in both local and global reinsurance markets to provide leadership with strategic recommendations on suitable reinsurance programs.
- Oversee the administration and performance of assigned reinsurance treaties, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
- Coordinate facultative reinsurance placements to optimize risk transfer and maintain the company's financial security.
- Manage communication and documentation related to reinsurance claims, ensuring timely recovery of reimbursements from reinsurance partners.
- Provide direction and support to internal teams involved in reinsurance processes, promoting consistent and accurate handling of all related activities.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as finance, economics, insurance, or banking.
- Strong English communication abilities and solid command of common office applications.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, professional behavior, and effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with a strong commitment to accountability and work quality.
