I. GIỚI THIỆU:

Chúng tôi là công ty công nghệ vận hành nền tảng B2C chuyên cung cấp dữ liệu thể thao trực tuyến (live sports data) cho hàng triệu người dùng trên mobile app. Chúng tôi hướng tới xây dựng trải nghiệm cá nhân hoá sâu cho từng nhóm người dùng thông qua phân tích hành vi real-time.

II. MỤC TIÊU VỊ TRÍ:

Xây dựng pipeline dữ liệu event hành vi người dùng từ MoEngage và các nguồn khác về nền tảng Google Cloud (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Firestore…), phục vụ cho các mục tiêu: phân tích funnel, segmentation, cá nhân hoá, hệ thống gợi ý nội dung và đo lường hiệu quả chiến dịch.

III. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Tích hợp & thu thập dữ liệu:

  • Thiết kế pipeline dữ liệu từ MoEngage (event, user profile) về Google Cloud.
  • Kết nối các nguồn khác (app logs, API backend, Firebase, GA4…) vào hệ thống lưu trữ tập trung (BigQuery).
  • Xử lý dữ liệu thô thành dữ liệu sạch có cấu trúc (ETL/ELT).

2. Lưu trữ & tổ chức dữ liệu:

  • Thiết kế schema tối ưu cho BigQuery và Data Lake.
  • Đảm bảo khả năng scale và chi phí vận hành phù hợp (partition, clustering…).

3. Xử lý & phân tích dữ liệu:

  • Xây dựng các pipeline xử lý dữ liệu theo batch hoặc streaming (Dataflow hoặc Cloud Functions, Composer/Airflow).
  • Phối hợp với Data Analyst/PM xây dựng các bảng funnel, cohort, retention, segment theo hành vi.

4. Hỗ trợ cá nhân hoá & recommendation:

  • Làm việc với đội AI/ML hoặc Product để cung cấp dữ liệu input cho hệ thống cá nhân hoá (theo sở thích, tần suất xem, môn thể thao…).
  • Hỗ trợ tích hợp các output vào hệ thống push notification, feed content, MoEngage, v.v.

5. Vận hành & giám sát:

  • Thiết lập alert, monitoring (Cloud Monitoring/Logging).
  • Tối ưu hóa chi phí truy vấn và tài nguyên cloud.

IV. YÊU CẦU:

  • 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Data Engineer hoặc tương đương.
  • Thành thạo SQL, hiểu rõ nguyên lý thiết kế schema, partition, clustering trong BigQuery.
  • Kinh nghiệm xây dựng ETL/ELT pipelines với một trong các công cụ như Cloud Composer (Airflow), Dataflow (Apache Beam) hoặc tương đương.
  • Hiểu biết về Google Cloud Platform (GCP) và các dịch vụ dữ liệu: Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Firestore, Cloud Functions.
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với dữ liệu hành vi người dùng (event-based tracking, funnel, cohort, retention, segmentation…).
  • Biết cách tối ưu chi phí và hiệu năng khi vận hành hệ thống dữ liệu trên cloud.
