Role Description

MEP BIM Modeler is responsible for for using BIM software to create and manage digital models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects.

Ensure BIM models meet technical, design, and construction standards.

Design and Modeling:

  • Use BIM software (such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks) to design and develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models including LOD300, LOD350, LOD400, LOD500 for MEP system of projects.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure good coordination among departments.
  • Participate in BIM Coordination meetings to resolve conflicts and adjust models.

·       Create clash detection report

Quality Assurance and Control:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of BIM models to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Implement and enforce best practices and standards in BIM modeling and documentation.

Review and Adjust:

  • Check and analyze BIM models to identify and fix technical errors.
  • Adjust models according to project requirements and design changes.

Document and Information Management:

  • Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, and information related to the BIM model.
  • Ensure all documents and models are stored and managed in an organized and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechatronics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in BIM or MEP fields.
  • Certifications in BIM or related software are a plus.
  • Proficient in using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and related tools.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction.
  • Ability to work on oversea projects (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Working time: Mon - Fri
  • Working location: District 2
  • Salary: Negotiate
