KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Conceptualize, plan, implement, and coordinate integrated retail and digital marketing campaigns aligned with the overall objectives set by the Manager.
- Develop and execute BTL and digital marketing activities, including point-of-sale (POS) materials, display merchandising, printed and digital marketing collaterals, and online promotional assets
- Research, recommend, and manage ATL & digital media buys, including online display, paid social, search, programmatic, and influencer partnerships; monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Plan and manage PR and digital influencer (KOL) initiatives for product launches, campaigns, seedings, and seasonal promotions — ensuring strategic alignment with the brand's digital content calendar.
- Build and maintain strong media and influencer relationships, securing press coverage, online features, and cross-platform engagement for product launches and events.
- Support all marketing activities such as PR seedings, sponsorships, and event planning — including digital RSVPs, guest list management, and online event amplification.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis, including e-commerce performance, digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM effectiveness, social media engagement, and emerging digital trends to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with mall management and digital partners to leverage in-mall digital screens, websites, and social media for advertising and promotions, maximizing both physical and online visibility.
- To share out special promotions with third-party sites and to explore more platforms for free and paid comms for more coverage and brand awareness
- To liaise with supplier for in-store signages orders and deliveries and to ensure all orders arrive in time for promotions
- To communicate with digital department for any requests on artworks and A&P for social media, social assets and in-mall advertisements
- To communicate with store teams for marketing write-offs or when bringing KOLs/influencers to the store for promotions and brand shoutouts
- Plan, track, and optimize the marketing budget across offline and digital channels to ensure efficient resource allocation and performance-based spending.
- To prepare Expense Tracker (due every 7th) and Post Event Reports (due a week after events)
- To liaise with Finance/Account department for all marketing payments on suppliers, events, malls and to liaise with Inventory/Merchandising department for marketing write-offs
- Report key campaign metrics, including promo results, foot traffic, social engagement, click-through rates, conversion metrics, and net sales — using data to refine future strategies
- 100% ownership on PO creation and invoicing
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in beauty, personal care, or retail.
- Strong experience in campaign planning, digital marketing, CRM, and in-store marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
- High level of confidence, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with marketing/analytics tools.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
