  • Marketing & Prospect Development
  • Improve and update marketing information, ensuring accuracy and alignment with VSIP Can Tho s branding and investment promotion messages.
  • Study and analyze prospects thoroughly to build effective communication and engagement strategies.

  • Offer prospects complete and update information on VSIP Can Tho, including land and availability, infrastructure, utilities, legal procedures, and investment support policies.

  • Prospect Follow up & Pipeline Management

  • Carry out follow up actions with all assigned prospects to ensure timely responses and consistent engagement.

  • Review and update the region s tracking systems (CRM, pipeline reports, tracking sheets,...) to ensure accuracy of prospect information and progress.

  • Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare monthly reports to BOD

  • Organize, store, and maintain paperwork, documents, and computer-based information systematically for easy retrieval.

  • Internal Coordination & Audit Support

  • Assist with internal and external audits, including preparing documents, retrieving records, and coordinating with relevant
