SENIOR STAFF/ SENIOR EXPERT(LEGAL)

Job Description

** As a team member, you will mainly be responsible for:

  • Proactively communicating with each company,
  • Providing legal advice on issues they face,
  • Conducting training sessions for the companies, and eviewing contracts for the companies.

** During the work, you may also be in charge of negotiations with authorities and/or counterparties of transactions.

Additionally, as a member of the Legal & Compliance team you will have opportunities

  • To communicate (report) with headquarters,
  • To collaborate on cross-country group problem-solving
  • To engage in discussions regarding global legal and compliance activities (including business trips to Japan and other countries)

** You will also handle administrative tasks and procedures necessary for the above (minute-taking, document translation, schedule management, etc.).

Required Skills

  • Bachelor of Laws or master of a law school
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese law relevant to the manufacturing industry
  • Legal expertise and proficiency in legal reading and interpretation, along with well-developed logical thinking skills
  • At least two years of professional experience utilizing the above knowledge in a corporate legal department or law firm
  • Good communication skills to build trust by coordinating with clients (group companies), colleagues, and headquarters
  • Skills in creating documents, presentation materials, and data analysis reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Business-level Vietnamese and English
