Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Façade Engineer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Façade Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing innovative building envelope solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, conducting structural and thermal analyses, performing facade system evaluations, and ensuring design compliance with safety, performance, and sustainability standards. The role will also require providing technical advice, overseeing project execution, and maintaining rigorous quality control for all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Envelope design and construction, including comprehensive knowledge of materials and performance standards
• Expertise in Facade Design and Facade engineering, with the ability to create functional, innovative designs
• Experience in Structural Engineering, emphasizing facade-related structures and load assessments
• Solid understanding of Building Physics, particularly thermal and solar performance analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with architects, developers, and contractors
• Proficiency in relevant design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or other 3D modeling tools) is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Previous experience with international projects and knowledge of local building regulations are advantageous
