Location: 140B Nguyen Van Troi Street, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Make calls and provide consultations based on pre-existing data provided by the Marketing team's activities (targeting customers in the Taiwanese market who have a need for ELSA Speak).
- Thoroughly understand the benefits, features, and unique competitive advantages of the ELSA application to communicate them to customers accurately and persuasively, helping to successfully close sales.
- Update customer information and order details accurately and promptly on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, following the company's guided procedures.
- Report sales figures and daily activities to superiors.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to optimize contact quality and gain a deep understanding of the target customer profile.
- Provide translation support (if necessary), optimize tools and operational processes, contributing to ensuring the overall project objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Taiwanese Mandarin/Chinese: fluent communication, ability to read, write, and translate.
- Experience in Telesales, Sales, or Customer Service is an advantage/a plus.
- A pleasant, clear, and fluent speaking voice over the phone.
- A passion for learning English; an understanding of the challenges of learning English.
- Proficient in using common computer software relevant to the job.
