Key Responsibilities (For All Disciplines)
- Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Conduct research and publish in reputable journals (Scopus/ISI preferred).
- Supervise student projects, theses, and research teams.
- Participate in curriculum development and program accreditation (AUN-QA, MOET, ABET).
- Engage in academic events, departmental activities, and community outreach.
- Build collaborations with industry, research institutes, and international partners.
Minimum Requirements
- PhD degree
in a relevant field. - Evidence of research output (publications, conference papers, or projects).
- Strong communication and teaching skills; ability to teach in English is an advantage.
- Commitment to academic ethics, student development, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
- For lab-based fields: demonstrated experience with laboratory teaching and safety compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- International teaching, research, or industry experience.
- A clear research agenda aligned with global and national priorities.
- Experience with curriculum design and quality assurance frameworks.
- Strong industry linkages (relevant for engineering, business, hospitality, and language programs).
- Ability to lead or participate in research groups, projects, and grant applications.
