Job Overview

We are looking for a 
creative and data-driven Video Editor
 to join our Game Marketing team.

You will be responsible for 
concepting, editing, and producing engaging video ads
 that capture attention within the first few seconds and drive strong performance on user acquisition campaigns.

Your work will directly influence how millions of players discover and install our games.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce 
    short-form video ads (5–30s)
     for mobile games (mainly Casual & Hyper-Casual).
  • Collaborate with 
    Game Designers, UA Managers, and Creative Leads
     to brainstorm and execute new ad concepts.
  • Transform 
    raw gameplay footage, stock videos, or animation
     into high-performing ad creatives.
  • Test multiple variations (hooks, pacing, CTA, layout, sound) to improve ad CTR and CPI performance.
  • Ensure video quality aligns with the 
    tone, style, and target audience
     of each game.
  • Stay up to date with 
    market trends and top-performing ads
     in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Organize and manage asset libraries, version control, and creative files for easy collaboration.

 
Requirements

  • 3+ years
     of experience in video editing, ideally in game or performance marketing.
  • Strong skills in 
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
     (or equivalent tools).
  • Understanding of 
    UA ad principles
    : hook, retention curve, first 3-second rule.
  • Ability to edit in 
    fast-paced, TikTok/Meta-style
     short-form formats.
  • Creative mindset with a good sense of timing, rhythm, and sound design.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile game genres, especially 
    Casual / Hyper-Casual
    .
  • Comfortable working with feedback and iterating quickly.

 
Nice to Have

  • Experience with 
    motion graphics or 2D animation
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    mobile ad platforms
     (Meta, TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin).
  • Passion for gaming and current ad trends on social media.
