1.Assist in the creative development and execution of end-to-end VMD (Visual Merchandising & Display) strategies for both online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

2.Support the planning and execution of showroom space layout, customer flow, product placement, and visual displays.

3.Collaborate with the studio team on home furnishing scene photography and guide post-production staff to finalize visuals.

4.Complete other assigned tasks in a timely manner, while also managing the development and maintenance of display props.

  1. Hỗ trợ phát triển ý tưởng sáng tạo và thực hiện các chiến lược trưng bày thị giác (VMD) toàn diện cho cả kênh online và offline, đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng định hướng thương hiệu.

  2. Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch và triển khai bố trí không gian showroom, điều hướng khách hàng, sắp xếp sản phẩm và trưng bày hình ảnh trực quan.

  3. Phối hợp với đội studio để thực hiện chụp hình không gian nội thất và hướng dẫn đội hậu kỳ hoàn thiện hình ảnh.

  4. Hoàn thành các công việc được giao đúng hạn, đồng thời quản lý việc phát triển và bảo trì các đạo cụ trưng bày.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Cao Đẳng

Yêu cầu công việc:

1.College's degree or above, preferably in Art Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.

2.Fluent in English and excellent in Chinese will be given extra points.

3.Minimum 1 year of in-store visual merchandising experience; background in furniture/home furnishings is a plus.

4.Strong aesthetic sense and brand awareness, with a solid understanding and passion for VMD.

5.Highly executive ability and capacity of pressure and challenges, and work location is based in Hangzhou, China.

  1. Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên, ưu tiên các ngành Thiết kế mỹ thuật, Truyền thông thị giác hoặc các ngành liên quan.

  2. Giao tiếp tiếng Anh lưu loát, biết tiếng Trung tốt là một lợi thế.

  3. Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực trưng bày sản phẩm tại cửa hàng; có kinh nghiệm trong ngành nội thất là điểm cộng.

  4. Có gu thẩm mỹ tốt và nhận thức thương hiệu rõ ràng, đam mê và hiểu biết sâu sắc về VMD.

  5. Có khả năng thực thi cao, chịu được áp lực và thử thách; làm việc tại Hàng Châu, Trung Quốc.
