Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to introduce customer with our solutions, grow sales and market presence for production optimization, including piping for compressed air system, Center Controllers, SmartLink connectivity, Energy Recovery systems, and Airscan (air and energy audit). This role focuses on direct channel sales, customer engagement, and delivering energy-efficient solutions for air compressor systems.

Main responsibilities:

  • Visit customers, introduce customer with our solutions, grow sales and market presence for optimization solutions.
  • Conduct site survey and assess current status of compressed air system at customer site.
  • Analyze data to identify improvement areas and propose optimization solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Present the solution and values to customers.
  • Monitor the effectiveness after solution implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company sales process.

Required experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Worked with industry sales process and CRM
  • Customer focus, value selling and negotiation.
  • Having B2 driving license is an advantage.

Required education & knowledge

  • University degree in engineering, business management, or economics
  • Solid verbal and written English skills.
