Mô tả

  • Định hướng và đưa ra
    giải pháp kỹ thuật
    cho dự án: lựa chọn công nghệ, thiết kế kiến trúc, phân chia module và quy trình phát triển.
  • Phối hợp với
    Solution Architect
    để thiết kế kiến trúc tổng thể và đảm bảo tính nhất quán về kỹ thuật trong toàn dự án.
  • Quản lý nhóm kỹ thuật Java (5–15 người): lập kế hoạch, phân công công việc, giám sát tiến độ và chất lượng code.
  • Tham gia
    review code, refactor, tối ưu hiệu năng và bảo mật hệ thống
    .
  • Phát triển, triển khai và duy trì các hệ thống backend
    Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA, Hibernate)
    ; phối hợp với frontend team (React, NodeJS).
  • Xây dựng, đóng gói và triển khai sản phẩm theo quy trình CI/CD; đảm bảo tuân thủ coding convention và best practices.
  • Nghiên cứu, cập nhật công nghệ mới (Java 17, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Microservices) và đề xuất áp dụng vào dự án.
  • Soạn thảo tài liệu kỹ thuật (design document, technical specification).
  • Mentor và đào tạo các lập trình viên cấp dưới, thúc đẩy văn hoá kỹ thuật trong nhóm.

Yêu cầu

  • Tối thiểu
    7–10 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển Java
    , trong đó có
    3 năm kinh nghiệm Technical Lead hoặc Team Lead
    .
  • Thành thạo
    Java Core, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA/Hibernate
    , nắm vững OOP, Design Pattern, SOLID.
  • Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế và triển khai
    RESTful API
    ,
    microservices architecture
    , CI/CD, containerization (Docker, K8s).
  • Am hiểu
    Oracle Database, SQL optimization, transaction, indexing, partitioning.
  • Kinh nghiệm với
    Git (GitFlow, branching strategy)
    ,
    Swagger
    ,
    Postman
    .
  • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm
    xử lý hệ thống lớn, high-load, performance tuning, bảo mật ứng dụng.
  • Kỹ năng
    lãnh đạo kỹ thuật, mentoring, giao tiếp tốt
    với cả nhóm kỹ thuật và khách hàng nội bộ.
  • Có kinh nghiệm về
    ETL/BI (ODI, OAS)
    là lợi thế.
