QUYỀN LỢI:

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch User Acquisition đa kênh (Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, ironSource, OEM…).
  • Quản lý và tối ưu các chỉ số hiệu suất: CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV/CAC.
  • Kết hợp với Product, ASO và Monetization để tối ưu funnel chuyển đổi và doanh thu.
  • Phân tích dữ liệu (cohort, retention, churn) để rút ra insight và định hướng chiến lược.
  • Quản lý ngân sách UA lớn, đảm bảo hiệu quả và lợi nhuận dài hạn.
  • Xây dựng, quản lý và phát triển đội ngũ Performance Marketing.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

Kiến thức:

  • Từ 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong Marketing, trong đó có ít nhất 3 năm chuyên sâu về Brand/Digital Marketing và từ 2 năm ở vị trí Leader/Manager.
  • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng/tham gia quản lý thương hiệu trong lĩnh vực mobile app/game/tech product.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm startup, global product hoặc có campaign viral thành công.
  • Hiểu biết về brand strategy, digital & community marketing, consumer insight, phân tích dữ liệu; có kiến thức về UA metrics để phối hợp cùng performance team.
  • Tư duy sáng tạo kết hợp phân tích, storytelling, định hướng khách hàng (customer centric).
  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt.

Kiến thức nâng cao (lợi thế):

  • Kinh nghiệm triển khai chiến lược global branding cho thị trường đa quốc gia.
  • Hiểu về data-driven marketing, CRM, marketing automation, growth hacking.
  • Có kiến thức media buying hoặc đã từng phối hợp chặt chẽ với performance team.
