Position Overview
As a Management Trainee – Account Management/Planner, you will join Ecomobi's Direct
Brand team to learn how to build and manage client relationships, support campaign execution,
and coordinate cross-functional projects. Through mentorship and structured training, you will
gain the skills to grow into an Account Executive responsible for brand partnerships, digital
marketing campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist senior Account Managers in handling client briefs, preparing proposals, and
coordinating campaign activities.
● Shadow team members in client and KOL meetings to understand relationship
management.
● Support research on brand, KOL, and consumer insights.
● Help track project progress, update status reports, and prepare internal documentation.
● Learn how to monitor campaign performance and draft weekly reports.
● Participate in training sessions on Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and
Client Management.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or
related fields from leading universities (NEU, FTU, RMIT, etc.).
● English proficiency: IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 800+.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Eager to learn client management, project coordination, and influencer marketing.
Preferred Background
● Internship or project experience in marketing, eCommerce, or client-facing roles.
● Familiarity with social media, influencer campaigns, or digital marketing platforms is a
plus.
