Job Description

  • Following up and receiving the goods of domestic POs
  • Support to handle documents for custom clearance to import/ export goods
  • Recording and updating Import – Export databases
  • Booking, packaging and preparing documents to export goods
  • Other tasks as assigned by mentor

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate majoring in Logistics and transportation, International economics or equivalent
  • Able to join full-time internship for 6 months (Monday to Friday).
  • Able to provide official internship recommendation letter from university (red seal stamped, internship period clearly indicated).
  • Good communication, verbal and written both in English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willing to learn, good communication
  • Detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills.
