We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Hanoi. The role will focus on quality inspection, process control, and supplier audits for LED lamps and luminaires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of LED lighting products.
  • Verify samples, monitor production, and prepare daily quality reports.
  • Perform factory audits, assess supplier capabilities, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Report and follow up on non-conformities, propose solutions to improve product quality.
  • Prepare inspection reports and documentation in English.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of QC/QA experience in electronics, electrical equipment, or lighting industry (LED experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes; familiar with GB2828 or similar sampling standards.
  • Good English communication skills (speaking & writing). Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to travel for inspections.
