Responsibilities:

Possess 3–4 years of experience in Account Marketing or equivalent positions.

Work directly with clients, handle communications and problem-solving.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, especially KOLs.

Manage both internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and on-time project delivery.

Receive client briefs, develop proposals, and prepare quotations.

Present project plans and manage project financials.

Requirements:

University graduate, good command of English.

Experience working in an agency environment, particularly with KOL campaigns.

Skilled in writing and presenting digital proposals, strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Good visual aesthetic and a passion for storytelling and creating emotionally resonant brand narratives.

Strong relationship-building skills with clients and third-party vendors.

Capable of evaluating the overall picture, managing, and mentoring a team.

Able to handle high-pressure projects and eager to grow through challenges and advancement opportunities.
