This role will audit engineering deliverables, drive problem -solving through closure, capture cross -program lessons learned, and support documentation activities such as SOR, DFMEA, DVP, and ECR to ensure robust engineering sign -off and high -integrity product performance. Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Expert will works across company's portfolioand phases of product development.As an expert, can guide and propose theresolution and specification for issues happened in development stage andfield.Daily and weekly management and follow -up of issuesproblem solving advancement until issue closure.Capture Learnings across model development andbuild phases to be applied cross model (continuous improvement) - LearningDatabase governanceAudit PHC (Program Health Check) on Engineeringdeliverables and requirements to assure complianceProvide support to Lead Engineers and Managers tocomplete SOR, SPB, DVP, DFMEA and ECR.Support Engineering Sign Off to complete all riskassessments and release ESOM. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical / AutomotiveEngineering10+ years experience in automotive industryProduct development & Quality in Chassis Module –Suspension/Steering/Brake/Wheel & TireExperienced in Problem Solving (Development& Field Issues), Helping finding root cause and application of Containmentand PermanentProduct Design, Testing, GD&T, Specs & Requirements,Tooling, etc.Basic knowledge of the SOR, FMEA, Spec Book,Design Validation, Engineering Change processes.
