I. Mô tả chung công việc

  • Senior Product Owner chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và phát triển bộ sản phẩm giải pháp thanh toán dành cho hộ kinh doanh và doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa (SME). Vai trò này thuộc khối Business, phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đội ngũ kỹ thuật, đối tác triển khai và các bên liên quan để phát triển sản phẩm từ giai đoạn lên ý tưởng, thiết kế, phát triển, vận hành, tối ưu hóa sản phẩm.
  • Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm trực tiếp xây dựng sản phẩm tương tự tại các doanh nghiệp trong ngành POS/QR/PayTech hoặc trong lĩnh vực FnB, Retail

II. Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm chính

a. Phát triển và quản lý sản phẩm

  • Xây dựng định hướng và roadmap cho sản phẩm thanh toán của hộ kinh doanh và SME
  • Khảo sát nhu cầu người dùng, thị trường và đối thủ
  • Xác định yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, mô tả chức năng sản phẩm, viết BRD, backlog và user stories
  • Thiết kế luồng hoạt động sản phẩm (flow, wireframe) phối hợp cùng UX/UI khi cần

b. Triển khai & phối hợp kỹ thuật

  • Làm Product Owner đại diện business, làm việc trực tiếp với team IT/Dev/QA, đối tác công nghệ và các bộ phận phát triển kinh doanh, giải pháp liên quan.
  • Theo dõi quá trình phát triển, đảm bảo yêu cầu được hiểu đúng và triển khai đúng chất lượng
  • Tham gia kiểm thử UAT, nghiệm thu sản phẩm trước khi đưa vào vận hành

c. Vận hành & tối ưu hóa

  • Giám sát hiệu quả sản phẩm sau khi triển khai, theo dõi KPI vận hành
  • Thu thập phản hồi người dùng, đề xuất cải tiến liên tục
  • Tham gia xây dựng quy trình vận hành, chính sách sản phẩm và tài liệu hướng dẫn nội bộ

d. Phối hợp liên phòng ban

  • Làm việc với Business Development, Sales, Merchant Ops để đảm bảo sản phẩm phù hợp thị trường
  • Kết nối các bên đối tác công nghệ, ngân hàng, ví điện tử khi cần tích hợp thanh toán
  • Hỗ trợ xây dựng tài liệu đào tạo, training sản phẩm cho đội Sales và CSKH

III. Yêu cầu công việc

a. Kinh nghiệm

  • Tối thiểu 3 – 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Product Owner/Business Analyst/Product Manager
  • Bắt buộc: đã tham gia phát triển sản phẩm thuộc nhóm POS/QR/payment/giao dịch bán hàng dành cho hộ kinh doanh hoặc SME
  • Có kinh nghiệm end-to-end lifecycle: phân tích nghiệp vụ, xây dựng sản phẩm, triển khai, vận hành

b. Kiến thức & kỹ năng

  • Hiểu biết sâu về vận hành bán hàng, quản lý cửa hàng, quy trình thanh toán QR/POS
  • Kiến thức tốt về nghiệp vụ tài chính – thanh toán – merchant operations
  • Kỹ năng viết tài liệu nghiệp vụ tốt (BRD, User Stories, Flowchart,…)
  • Biết sử dụng các công cụ mô hình hóa: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, ,…
  • Tư duy sản phẩm mạnh, khả năng phân tích dữ liệu và hiểu insights khách hàng
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp đa phòng ban tốt
  • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường startup Fintech/Paytech, hiểu rõ thị trường SME và hành vi bán hàng của hộ kinh doanh tại Việt Nam
