Job Description

Purpose of Recruitment:

  • Build a strong technical team to execute large-scale global automotive design projects.
  • Enhance professional expertise and management/presale skills of the current team, aiming to develop international capabilities.

Job Description:

  • Lead, train, and develop the CAD design team; provide technical direction and improve team members' competencies.
  • Manage and execute automotive design projects using CATIA, NX, and SolidWorks for international clients.
  • Participate directly in presale activities: technical solution consulting, customer requirement analysis, and project proposal support.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress and quality; coordinate with related departments both domestically and internationally.
  • Ensure designs meet industry standards and global customer requirements.
  • Attend technical meetings, report progress, and communicate with international clients in English.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive CAD design, proficient in CATIA, NX, and SolidWorks.
  • Experience participating in or managing large-scale automotive design projects, preferably international ones.
  • Expertise in presale activities: technical consulting, solution development, and project proposal support.
  • Experience in team leadership and technical project management.
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking); capable of presenting and discussing work with international clients.
  • Leadership, training, and team development skills.
  • Strategic thinking, adaptability, and quick learning ability.
