MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Là cầu nối giữa khách hàng, đội phát triển (Dev, QA, UI/UX, PM) và các bên liên quan để phân tích, làm rõ và chuyển đổi yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành giải pháp kỹ thuật.
  • Thu thập, phân tích và xác định yêu cầu người dùng, mô tả các User Stories, Use Cases, Business Flow, Acceptance Criteria.
  • Tham gia phân tích nghiệp vụ, đề xuất quy trình và giải pháp phần mềm đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng.
  • Làm việc theo mô hình Agile/Scrum, phối hợp với Product Owner trong quá trình grooming, sprint planning, demo và review sản phẩm.
  • Thiết kế và duy trì các tài liệu như BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (System Requirement Specification), Wireframe, Mockup, Process Flow.
  • Phối hợp với QA để đảm bảo test case và UAT bám sát yêu cầu nghiệp vụ.
  • Tham gia đào tạo người dùng, hỗ trợ triển khai và nghiệm thu sản phẩm.
  • Đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến nghiệp vụ, tối ưu quy trình vận hành trong sản phẩm.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Hệ thống thông tin, Kinh tế hoặc Quản trị kinh doanh.
  • Có từ 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí Business Analyst hoặc tương đương.
  • Hiểu rõ quy trình phát triển phần mềm (SDLC) và mô hình Agile/Scrum.
  • Có khả năng viết tài liệu rõ ràng, logic, chặt chẽ (BRD, SRS, User Story, Use Case, Flowchart,...).
  • Thành thạo phân tích nghiệp vụ, mô hình hóa quy trình (BPMN/UML).
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, lắng nghe và trình bày tốt, có khả năng làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng.
  • Có tư duy logic, phản biện và khả năng giải quyết vấn đề nhanh.
  • Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành tốt, giao tiếp cơ bản.

Ưu tiên

  • Có kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực như Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Bảo hiểm, ERP, CRM hoặc e-Government.
  • Thành thạo các công cụ hỗ trợ phân tích như Jira, Confluence, , Figma, Balsamiq.
  • Hiểu biết về UI/UX, database, hoặc RESTful API là lợi thế.
  • Có chứng chỉ CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA hoặc tương đương.
