FLEXSIM Engineer
position .

Flexsim is an advanced 3D simulation software used to simulate and optimize manufacturing processes, logistics, warehouse management and operational systems in a variety of industries. It allows simulation of different scenarios, helping businesses analyze, improve performance, reduce waste and optimize productivity.

Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for candidates who can use Flexsim software to simulate, analyze and optimize operating processes in factories and production systems.
• Build simulation models on Flexsim software to analyze production performance.
• Design, test and evaluate simulation scenarios to optimize productivity and minimize operating costs.
• Collect real data, set up simulation models corresponding to the actual system of the enterprise.
• Cooperate with engineering and production departments to improve processes and propose optimal solutions.
• Visualize simulation data with 3D models to support decision making.

Job Requirements

• Experience using Flexsim software to simulate production, logistics or warehouse systems.
• University degree in: Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Production Systems, Information Technology, Automation, Logistics or related fields.
• Foreign language: English from Toeic 600 or equivalent.
• Understanding of production process modeling, supply chain management, operating system optimization.
• Good data analysis, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in Digital Twin, AI, Data Analytics, and production optimization.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
