  • Support CFO/CA to ensure effective accounting systems are developed, implemented and maintained in accordance with Vietnamese Standard Accounting;
  • Support CFO/CA to ensure effective accounting system by organizing and filling accounting documentations in professional manner;
  • Work consultatively with the respective departments and control revenue, expenses;
  • Reconcile account and prepare financial reports, accounting reports, manually calculate COGS report and report to CFO/CA
  • Assist, prepare report, provide document for internal, external audit and tax department when required;
  • Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements;
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts;
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as requested;
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures;
  • Checking accounting documents to ensure that they are correct, legally and valid. Provide instructions to other accounting staffs in Accounting team and other departments on tax, accounting and custom procedures;
  • Review and verify staff expense claims.
  • Issue and manage outgoing invoices.
  • Reconcile internal payables among affiliated companies.
  • Review General Ledger accounts and VAT returns. (
  • Other tasks as assigned by CFO/CA

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Accounting software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with minimal supervision
  • Confidence to state an independent point of view and superior influencing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional in computer skills (Excel, word…)
  • University degree in Accounting major
  • At least 5 years working experience in the same position
  • Pleasant personality, responsible, keen to learn and details oriented
  • Proficient in computer skills and accounting software skill
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
