About The Team
The Seller Operation Solutions (SOS) team focuses on various topics, with one goal in mind: To make the selling journey of sellers on Shopee to be as smooth and as positive as possible. To achieve this, the Seller Services team engages in providing and assisting sellers in using current Shopee operation services. These services help to optimize and improve seller fulfillment rate and operation issues, coordinate with the internal Shopee team to enhance special support for sellers, or even provide solutions that many sellers are struggling to meet.

All for the sake of ensuring customer satisfaction of both sellers and buyers on Shopee be the ultimate shopping experience

Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Ops KAMs, Commercial Team, Seller Communication) to understand seller's operational challenges and develop performance improvement projects for sellers.
  • Development of various operation-related services and supports that meet sellers' needs.
  • Enhancement of current products and features offered by Shopee for sellers;
  • Manage overall plan and daily performance of projects to meet KPIs.
  • Work on project management tasks including
  • Collect, review analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities;
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and dependencies;
  • Coordinate implementation, and drive actions across different teams;
  • Track project results and outline initiatives to allocate resources effectively;
  • Present the project outcomes;
  • Coordinate with other teams to assist in delivering project results.
  • Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
  • Preferred at least 2 years of work experience in project management, process improvement, or business development.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Good execution skills.
  • Outcome-oriented, plan clear and systematic approaches, processes, and timelines, resourceful in getting the job done.
  • Strong numerical and data analysis background for sizing impact/ problem for sizing impact/ problem.
  • Familiar with dashboard design, data analysis, and visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.).
  • Able to produce periodic reports with highlighted insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
