Your responsibilities will involve actively prospecting new business, nurturing existing client partnerships, and maximizing campaign performance.I. RESPONSIBILITIES:· Approach new potential clients and explore the business potential.· Create a strategy/solution, managing campaigns performance of client in many industries: consumer loans, fintech, banking apps, insurance (life and non-life), stock investment etc.· Improving the campaign's performance to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.· Basic working process: data analysis-> identify problem-> build up improvement plan-> propose to client-> close the deal-> executing plan->data analysis->identify problem->...· We are not only just optimizing Google AdWords or Facebook Ads, etc., but we also need to develop strategies to become the best Affiliate Marketing channels for clients in Vietnam and control competitors' performance.· Negotiating with clients to get better conditions for the campaigns, for our publishers, and for our company.· Working, communicating, and often negotiating with internal teams to manage an advertising campaign (including the publisher management team, Customer service team, technical team, and Marketing team).· Maintaining relationships with clients aiming at improving ads campaign's performance.II. REQUIREMENTS:· Good English.· At least 1 years experience in sales B2B position or similar job.· Having experience working for Agencies is an advantage.· Good knowledge about Digital Marketing is a must.· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.III.
