Role Description

Responsible for delivering workshops and presentations to guide and persuade potential partners/shoppers to open stores on the GGbingo platform, including explaining onboarding procedures and platform policies.

Responsibilities:


• Present and introduce the company's promotional programs, livestream activities, and project initiatives; directly negotiate with clients and close deals.


• Understand and address customer needs during on-site sessions to enhance the impact of workshops/training events and ensure excellent customer service.


• Deliver clear product and service presentations, support the sales team in customer communication, and contribute to achieving sales targets.


• Serve as the host/MC for partner recruitment conferences and trainer onboarding workshops; conduct course presentations; and be proficient in the responsibilities of all roles involved in different types of company events.


• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director.

Qualifications


• College degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience as a Seminar Lecturer / Partner Recruitment Lecturer (Business or Appreciation Conferences). Candidates with an academic teaching style are preferred.


• Excellent teaching and presentation skills, strong training program design capability, and strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong stage presence with the ability to control and energize the atmosphere during live events.


• Professional appearance, confident demeanor, strong speaking skills, excellent ice-breaking ability, and strong on-site closing/sales capability.


• Highly passionate, proactive, and a strong team player.


• Strong observation skills, adaptability, professional working style, detail-oriented, energetic, and able to work under high pressure.


• Preferred candidates with experience in Business Management Consulting, and prior teaching content related to Business Models, Marketing, Partner Recruitment, or Top-Level Design (Strategic Architecture).


• Experience organizing events such as partner recruitment conferences, trainer workshops, and year-end galas; familiar with and capable of handling all roles required in conference operations.


• Proficient in Chinese.
