I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

CBRE seeks an intern for an interesting opportunity to support the work of the Valuation & Advisory Services Department.

  • Collect, analyze and organize information for valuation purposes
  • Identify problems and develop creative yet practical solutions
  • Conduct site inspection activities and reports
  • Apply marketing and tele-marketing skills
  • Handle customer service issues (negotiations, claims handling)
  • Translate standard documents
  • Complete general administrative tasks

II. WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

CBRE internship programs are designed to provide a beneficial relationship between our company and university students, young graduates, post-graduate students. Internships are offered for 3 months and are renewable up to a maximum of 6 months. Our company offers interns an exceptional learning experience in an international organization and increases their awareness. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

  • Work full time from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Senior student or fresh graduate in Business Administration program or related filed are welcome.
  • Experience is a plus (internship, volunteer, certificates…)
  • Hard-working, well-organized, enthusiastic and careful.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill and team work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel…)
  • Fluent oral and professional writing skills in English is a must.
  • Willing to commit to the internship full-time period for at least 3 months.
