Responsibilities include:

  1. VENDOR MANAGEMENT:

  2. Identifying new vendors in North Vietnam

  3. Sending out Request For Quotation to existing and prospective vendors
  4. Following up with vendors on quote status.
  5. Providing feedback on quotes to vendors

  6. Identifying prospective vendors for on-site audits based on bid competitiveness

  7. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  8. Redaction of technical drawings

  9. Working via our project management software to manage quote requests
  10. Dividing RFQ's by manufacturing process
  11. Qualifying received bids according to project requirements and vendor capabilities
  12. Uploading and tracking bids to project management program
  13. Linking like tasks for historical reference

  14. Update Project Management system and manage status changes

  15. OPERATIONS:

  16. Maintaining company profiles, equipment lists, capability matrix for bidding factories

  17. Breaking out quotes into specific cost inputs before production
  18. Organizing vendors met at trade shows: details and follow ups
  19. Update Project Management system and manage status changes
  20. Production scheduling & Planning

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Vietnamese + English proficiency required
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Material Science or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years minimum of experience in Manufacturing Operation/Support
  • Experience in Casting, CNC Machining, Forging or other metal manufacturing processes
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with vendors and management
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines
  • Ability to independently lead teams and execute on functional responsibilities

  • Experience with factory costing a plus
