Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans and budgets.

2. Brand Marketing

  • Manage brand image and consistency across all digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop brand identity materials, corporate profiles, and sales kits.

3. Product Marketing

  • Collaborate with other departments to design and execute product marketing strategies across various categories.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the pharmaceutical and raw materials sectors.

4. Team Management

  • Lead, train, and mentor the marketing team to deliver high performance and creativity.
  • Monitor project progress and evaluate individual and team performance.

5. Events & Communications

  • Plan and organize customer events, trade shows, and professional conferences within the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industries.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events domestically and internationally.

6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide periodic reports on marketing performance and ROI to the Executive Director.
  • Analyze campaign outcomes and recommend improvements for future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Business Administration
    , or related field.
  • At least
    7 years
    of experience in marketing, including
    2–3 years in a managerial role
    , preferably in
    import–export or B2B distribution industries
    .
  • Proven experience in developing and executing
    brand marketing strategies
    for large-scale or international businesses.
  • Deep understanding of
    B2B brand positioning
    —especially in raw materials or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in managing both
    traditional and digital marketing channels
    (e.g., trade shows, websites, social media, email marketing).
  • Strong ability to
    develop brand identity assets
    (logos, messaging, visuals) ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Excellent
    leadership, communication, and project management
    skills.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (both written and verbal).
