Team Leader

Principle duties:

• Manage Operators in daily operations; ensure project SLAs are fulfilled

• Monitor staff performance and boost productivity when needed

• Enhance employee engagement and encourage staff to participate in all company's activities

• Lead a group of operators to meet daily operational targets, maintain quality, and ensure strong team engagement

Responsibilities:

1. Operation management

2. Collaborate with the project team to allocate enough staff for daily volume, including peak days and holidays

3. Monitor the data entry system, detect issues, and escalate to the project team when needed

4. Control speed/quality/working time of staffs to meet all project targets

5. Give necessary training and provide necessary support to staff in order to maintain and improve performance

6. Work with the project team to brainstorm preventive actions for quality issues and publish these actions to the project

7. Control utilization, free time, unscheduled break targets

8. Human resource management

9. Responsible for Common Login report, HR related issues.

10. Make sure all staffs comply with the company rules

11. Motivate and inspire and encourage team members joining company activities

12. General management

13. Control assets which belong to the team

14. Create clean, well-ordered working environment which have room for open communication and creative thinking to grow

15. Ensure the availability of workstations and other related equipment for staff when

needed

1. Others

2. Make sure other tasks as assigned by Senior Team Leader/Division Manager and higher management level are completed in good quality and delivered as committed

3. Escalate to higher management for anything that is beyond authority or poses risks to the teams or projects

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Prefer College degree

• At least 1 year of working experience as related position

• Understanding of company business

• Having experience in managing a medium size team people) is an advantage

• Having experience in banking service or financial documents is an advantage
