About The Role

Hey there We're on the hunt for a design wizard to join our squad at The Friday. If you're a visual storyteller who can whip up amazing designs that make people go "wow" - we want you Your superpower? Crafting killer creative work that not only makes our clients happy but also lives up to The Friday's awesome standards.

What You'll Do

  • Create awesome stuff across the board - we're talking eye-catching ads, scroll-stopping social posts, slick websites, fun digital experiences, fancy print materials, and presentations that'll make your audience go "whoa"
  • Team up with our creative crew (copywriters, art directors, and other cool cats) to cook up campaigns that'll knock everyone's socks off
  • Present and defend design concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of what's hot in design - from TikTok to the latest design trends that make our creative lives easier
  • Be the brand's style guardian and make sure everything we put out there screams "The Friday style" - whether it's on Instagram, TikTok, or billboards
  • Juggle multiple projects like a pro and keep those deadlines in check
  • Walk the line between following brand rules and getting funky with your creativity (you know, like a design DJ mixing tracks)
  • Jump into creative brainstorming sessions and bring your wildest ideas to the table.
  • Make sure everything looks pixel-perfect and ready to rock before we hit that 'send' button

What You'll Need

  • 2-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
  • Understanding of digital design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
