ĐỊA CHỈ LÀM VIỆC: 100 cơ sở của hệ thống IMAP trên toàn quốc, ứng viên ngoài khu vực Việt Nam có thể ứng tuyển giảng dạy từ xa

  • Giảng dạy các khóa luyện thi luyện thi bài thi SAT
  • Bổ trợ kiến thức, test năng lực cho học viên, tham gia các chương trình truyền thông của hệ thống.
  • Xây dựng hình ảnh bản thân là một "Sứ giả truyền cảm hứng" nhiệt huyết.
  • Chăm sóc học viên tận tình và đánh giá tiến bộ của học viên trong suốt khóa học.
  • Tham gia xây dựng các dự án của hệ thống

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Thành thạo tiếng Anh, phát âm chuẩn, chuyên môn tốt.
  • Đã tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành
  • Có bài thi SAT từ 1500 trở lên (bắt buộc)
  • Có chứng chỉ Ielts là 1 lợi thế
  • Yêu thích công việc dạy học.
  • Nhiệt tình, sáng tạo, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và tinh thần tập thể tốt, thân thiện với học viên

Quyền lợi

  • Thu nhập hấp dẫn từ: VNĐ – VNĐ /tháng
  • Nhiều khoản thưởng như: thưởng tỷ lệ học sinh đi học cao, thưởng học viên điểm cao, thưởng học viên học lên level tiếp theo, thưởng cho đóng góp vào các dự án, các hoạt động truyền thông hỗ trợ về chuyên môn, thưởng dịp lễ đặc biệt, thưởng tháng lương thứ 13....; phụ cấp (mạng, photo...) theo cơ chế của Công ty.
  • Tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BHTN khi trở thành giáo viên full-time tại hệ thống.
  • Lộ trình thăng tiến và tăng lương rõ ràng, xét theo năng lực giáo viên.
  • Sẵn bộ giáo trình được chuẩn hóa của hệ thống
  • Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt, số lượng lớp dồi dào và ổn định, đa dạng hoá mảng giảng dạy.
