QUYỀN LỢI

  • Thu nhập: Lương NET 10-12tr/tháng + thưởng doanh thu
  • Xét tăng lương theo năng lực và kết quả công việc 6 tháng/lần.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

  • Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí tương đương hoặc Freelance

Tốt nghiệp Design / Mỹ thuật / Đồ họa hoặc tương đương.

  • Hiểu sâu về cấu trúc logo: negative space, golden ratio, alignment, balance.
  • Am hiểu về branding, nhận diện thương hiệu, tâm lý màu sắc và visual language.
  • Nắm rõ tiêu chuẩn file in ấn & file digital.
  • Thành thạo Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (bắt buộc).
  • Biết Figma, Indesign, 3d là lợi thế.
  • Có khả năng dựng mockup chuyên nghiệp.
  • Biết cấu trúc hóa hệ thống nhận diện (layout grid, spacing, keyline).
  • Sẵn sàng làm việc trong môi trường startup trẻ, thân thiện, thẳng thắn & chú trọng tốc độ
  • Nhanh nhạy trong việc sử dụng các công cụ AI trong thiết kế để tối ưu hóa quy trình sáng tạo hàng ngày
