Role Description

  1. Legal Advisory & Contract Management

  2. Draft, review, and negotiate various type of contracts (both English and Vietnamese)

  3. Maintain and update contract templates to ensure legal compliance and operational alignment
  4. Provide legal advice on corporate, employment, litigation, tax, IP, real estate, and environmental law

  5. Support business units (Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations) with legal risk assessment and management

  6. Legal Research & Policy

  7. Conduct legal research and provide regular updates on regulatory changes

  8. Draft and review internal policies, employee handbooks, and procedural documents

  9. Support internal training on legal and compliance topics (if needed)

  10. Compliance Support

  11. Assist in compliance audits and risk assessments

  12. Maintain central records of legal and compliance documents

  13. Support compliance reporting and follow-up on corrective actions

  14. Others

  15. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Group Legal & Compliance Manager

Qualifications

1./ Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant legal/compliance experience
  • Proven ability in contract drafting and negotiation (English & Vietnamese)

  • Strong technical legal knowledge and business acumen
  • High integrity, ethics, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving, risk analysis, and time management
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally

3./ Preferred

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations is a strong advantage
