Strategic Innitiatives & Project Launcher
team work as an internal group strategy planning team and also get your hands dirty delivering the plan with a functional team, or you might form and lead a team to deliver results.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  1. Market research and analysis to gain a thorough understanding of the industry landscape and to assist in improving the strategic direction of projects, from the opportunities and threats as identified.
  2. Assisting in forecasting ongoing financial requirements, taking into account the company's various projects, and assisting in the management of financial resources.
  3. Communicate closely with internal teams to build and execute strategic projects.
  4. Priorities are determined using keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills that support and enable wise decision making.
  5. Foster and cultivate meaningful stakeholders relationships.
  6. Passionate and experienced in one or all of these area: Entertainment & New media, Creator Commerce, Creator Economy, Digital Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  2. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, as well as the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external.
  3. Demonstrate the capacity to maintain a high-level and consistent work ethic across all job-related responsibilities.
  4. Personal qualities of integrity, strong leadership, and strategic thinking.
  5. Superior communication and presentation skills.
