We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. You will partner with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to analyze requirements, define solutions, and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality products. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in enterprise software or technology domains, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable specifications.

A. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders to capture business needs, pain points, and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct impact analysis for new features, changes, or integrations across systems.
  • Collaborate with Stake Holders to prioritize and refine backlogs.
  • Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring traceability.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding.
  • Support architects and developers in solution design discussions.
  • Validate deliverables against requirements through acceptance testing and UAT coordination.
  • Ensure that features meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
  • Recommend improvements to processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and operational data.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Mentor junior BAs and contribute to best practices within the BA community of practice.

B. Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

Must-Have

  • Proven experience working with software engineering teams (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience with API-driven systems, distributed applications, or enterprise integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

  • Domain experience in gaming, fintech, or secure networking.
  • Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or process modeling tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying for analysis.
