MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC


• Chịu trách nhiệm định hướng kỹ thuật và dẫn dắt phát triển ứng dụng Chat nội bộ FPT trên nền tảng di động (Android & iOS) – hướng tới trải nghiệm người dùng liền mạch, ổn định và an toàn.


• Thiết kế và triển khai kiến trúc ứng dụng native (Kotlin/Swift) theo hướng modular, realtime, hiệu năng cao và dễ mở rộng.


• Phối hợp với đội ngũ Backend, Product, UI/UX và QA để đảm bảo chất lượng, hiệu năng và trải nghiệm người dùng tối ưu.


• Dẫn dắt, hướng dẫn đội ngũ lập trình viên Mobile (Android & iOS), thực hiện code review, đánh giá kỹ thuật và đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng sản phẩm.


• Đề xuất và áp dụng các best practice về kiến trúc MVVM, Clean Code, CI/CD và quản lý release trên Play Store / App Store.


• Góp phần định hình tầm nhìn kỹ thuật mobile, nghiên cứu, lựa chọn và áp dụng công nghệ mới phù hợp với định hướng dài hạn của sản phẩm Chat nội bộ Tập đoàn.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC


• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Mobile Lead hoặc trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Senior Android Developer / Senior iOS Developer.


• Thành thạo Kotlin (Android) và Swift (iOS), có hiểu biết sâu về kiến trúc và vòng đời ứng dụng di động.


• Kinh nghiệm với:

– Android: MVVM, Jetpack Navigation, Coroutines, Retrofit, Firebase, FCM, WebSocket, Play Store publish.

– iOS: UIKit, CallKit, MVVM, WebSocket, APNs, App Store publish.


• Hiểu biết tốt về realtime communication, push notification, app performance optimization, memory management và UI/UX best practices.


• Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, mentoring, code review và giao tiếp hiệu quả với các nhóm liên quan (Backend, Product, UI/UX).


• Có tư duy sản phẩm, chủ động đề xuất cải tiến về công nghệ và trải nghiệm người dùng.


• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm phát triển ứng dụng chat hoặc communication quy mô lớn.
