This position plays a strategic and operational rolein acquiring electronic components—ranging from active/passive parts, PCBs, sub-assemblies, semiconductors, connectors, to custom-engineered modules—to support manufacturing, prototyping, NPI (New Product Introduction), and mass production demands. The role demands expertise in global sourcing strategies, cost optimization, risk management, and technical collaboration, ensuring reliable supply chains that uphold quality, compliance, and efficiency.

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:

Develop and execute component sourcing PCBs and electronic components strategies aligned with business objectives—leveraging market intelligence, should-cost analysis, category segmentation, and initiatives to optimize supply and costs.

• Supplier Selection, Negotiation, Contracting & Value Engineering (VE/CE):

Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers. Manage supplier partnerships, drive performance, and conduct supplier rationalization. Lead RFQ/RFP processes, perform bid analysis, negotiate terms, and maintain contracts. Drive cost savings via value-engineering and alternate sourcing

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Cycle & Inventory Optimization:

Manage the full P2P cycle—from PO issuance, invoice reconciliation, to payment—while working with finance teams to enhance P2P efficiency. Forecast demand using MRP/ERP systems, maintain inventory at optimal levels, and address supply shortages proactively.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & NPI Support:

Collaborate with Engineering, R&D , Production, NPI, Quality, and Finance teams to align procurement with technical specs, production timelines, and product development processes. Actively support early involvement in NPI for material readiness.

• Quality Control of Incoming Goods:

Collaborating effectively with Quality Control, Engineering, and R&D departments together with Supplier to control the quality of delivered PCBs and electronic components. Addressing issues related to defective products and returns.

• Reporting, Documentation & Performance Tracking:

Maintain records—like supplier contracts, BOMs, sourcing reports—and measure KPIs (e.g., cost savings, supplier performance, inventory levels, ). Use this data for continuous improvement and strategy alignment.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Minimum 3–5 years in electronics procurement, with expertise in sourcing critical components and managing supplier networks.
• Strong in technical engineering understanding, master reading skills of product designs and technical related document.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
