Job Description:

  • Design and implement advanced analytical systems to optimize performance.
  • Build and operate performance measurement systems (KPI framework) and data monitoring tools.
  • Develop data pipelines, dashboards, and early warning systems.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a
    Data Engineer
    or
    Backend Engineer
    .
  • Hands-on experience in designing and building real-time and batch data processing systems.
  • Proficient in
    Python
    and
    SQL
    , with experience developing production-level data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, system design, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with
    Airflow, Kafka, Spark/Flink, dbt
    .
  • Familiar with
    GCP Cloud
    and
    DevOps practices
    (CI/CD, Terraform, K8S, or similar).
  • Experience with
    NoSQL/OLAP systems
    (e.g., ClickHouse, Redis).
  • Preferably knowledgeable in
    VertexAI
    ,
    event-driven architecture
    , or
    machine learning pipelines / feature stores
    .

Soft Skills:

  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead small teams and mentor junior members.
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of solving problems quickly and logically.
