Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for all technical operations at the soluble coffee plant, including maintenance, utilities, facility management, spare parts inventory, and engineering projects.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and infrastructure sustainability.
  • Oversee maintenance, utilities, and technical initiatives while developing engineering capabilities and driving continuous improvement across operations.
  • Plan and execute CAPEX and OPEX projects, including greenfield and brownfield development.
  • Lead and manage the Engineering & Facility team (mechanical, electrical, automation, utilities, and building systems).
  • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, spare part optimization, and equipment lifecycle reliability.
  • Supervise utilities and energy systems such as electrical networks (MV/LV), Grasso, AHU, Chiller, Boiler, Nitrogen, Compressor, WTP, and WWTP.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with safety, quality, and legal standards, including fire protection and environmental regulations.
  • Analyze energy consumption, utilities, and spare parts to develop cost-optimization strategies.
  • Build and coach a high-performing technical team and foster a culture of TPM and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, HSE, QA, HR, Finance, and other departments for efficient plant operations.
  • Ensure readiness for internal and external audits and maintain compliance with all technical and safety standards.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of proven leadership experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably within the soluble coffee, food, or beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Solid knowledge of plant maintenance systems (TPM, RCA, CMMS) and asset reliability management.
  • Strong expertise in utilities (steam, chilled water, compressed air, nitrogen, water treatment) and food-grade production infrastructure.
  • Familiar with GMP, 5S, FSSC 22000, and environmental standards.
  • Experience in CAPEX/OPEX project execution and automation implementation.
  • Strategic, hands-on, and results-driven mindset with strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.
